"A listeria outbreak from cantaloupe melons has now been linked to 25 deaths across 12 U.S. states.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said this week that 123 people have now been sickened in the deadliest outbreak of food-borne illness in the U.S. for more than 25 years.

Tainted cantaloupes should be off store shelves by now, but the number of illnesses are expected to grow as the symptoms of listeria can take up to two months to appear..."
