"Wisconsin Patients Ill from Multi-state Cyclospora Outbreak"

"Health officials in a number of states are investigating an outbreak of gastrointestinal illness caused by Cyclospora, a microscopic parasite.

Wisconsin health officials say there are four cases here, in Brown, Grant, and Milwaukee counties.
 
About 200 cases in all are being reported, mostly in Iowa, Nebraska, Texas, according to the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
 
The parasitic infection is treatable with medication, but it's not commonly tested for."
